Shipping
Shipping is a flat $5.99 per order, no matter how much you order. We use USPS to ship our products.
Returns
Please notify us before returning any item via email or our contact page (contact page link here) Some items are not returnable. These will be identified during initial purchase All items should be sent USPS insured mail to the address below Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless there is an error on the part of MVC The cost of shipping items is never free. It costs money to ship items. As such, MVC strives to provide enough detail on items and/or a picture of the item. Please take great care to ensure your order is complete and for the items you want. The cost to ship items back and forth is just too great.

Damaged or lost items
While rare, occasionally an item can arrive damaged or not at all. Please note that delivery time, even for flat rate packages can vary from 2 days up to 2-3 weeks. If an item does not arrive in a reasonable time, please notify MVC. Should our shipping company show the lost or missing package as delivered; you will need to sign an affidavit attesting to the fact that the package was indeed not received by you. Any unreported lost or missing shipments are the responsibility of the customer and MVC shall assume no liability for unreported missing or lost shipments. If an item arrives damaged, please notify MVC immediately. Do not discard any packaging.

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 days from time of purchase Monday - Friday, provided the product is in stock and we are not on vacation. MVC is a small business. We will ship your item as soon as possible. If the item will be delayed, we will notify you.
